Rockin'


The U.S. Geologic Survey reported that the earthquake had a preliminary magnitude of 5.4.The USGS Web site said the quake was centered in southern Illinois near West Salem, Ill., about 40 miles north of Evansville, Ind., but was felt as far away as Milwaukee, 350 miles to the north.

It struck at about 5:37 a.m.

We felt an after shock here in Quincy 5 min ago, about 10:15 am. Anyone else?
