10/09/2007 Order Of Possession filed.

It is ordered that Central State Bank's Motion For Possession is granted, the Court awards immediate posses- sion of the subject property to Central State Bank. Order filed. Cause continued until October 30, 2007 at 1:00 pm for entry of formal order and status.

This is the last time I am putting this on ebay. Break down of where all the money is going and why.

$700,000 dollars to pay off loan from bank, this includes all interest and penalties, and once payed would not owe bank any money for anything.

In aug 2005 the bank we went through, there loan officer committed suicide, in turn he did not have his paper work finished and we did not resceive the rest of the loan the he the loan office that killed himself promised us. In turn we spent the rest of our personal money on opening up the night club and building. The crowed have never gone down, and buisness is great.

In 2006 my partner retired and the bank was still trying to take back the building because of the loan officer killing himself.

Because we did not get the rest of our loan, we right away owe $300,000 for contractors, painters, set up, taxes.

$300,000 pays back all contractors, taxes, painters, heating and cooling personel, and city loans in full after this there are no more debts on the building or anywhere the building would be owned out right.

$500,000 goes twards finishing up the brick beer garden, putting in the 24 hour kitchen, full inventor, full stock, food, fill the Atm machine, fill the registers for opening money, door money, pays all the insurance, pays lawyers, creates the new corporations, goes for advertising, pay roll, accountants, utilities, and for any unforseen costs, plus emergency money in the bank and at least six month out for stock, inventory and payroll. and all legal fees.

Right now the night club and corporation is managed by two of the areas best managers, and the bar is attened by the areas best bartenders, that have been weeded out for over two years.

The partnership includes but not limited to a say in every aspect of the night club and building. Say in the construction and remodel of the second floor health and fitness center, and the third and fourth floors offices and loft apartment. They will have 24 hour access to the internet register systems, and the 24 hours internet security cameras. 24 hour access to all accountants and lawyers. they will have a monthly and quarterly report prepaired and typed up by certified public accountants.

The accountants will take care of all pay roll bills and taxes. they will also be taking care of all corporate meetings. They will be monitoring all money in the establishment. The partner and investor have access to all of this.
