You hit the nail on the head. A picture is worth a thousand words. When will the media see that they are losing viewers and readers because they refuse to challenge anyone of authority...

Great graphic! The Mayor and City Council seem to give the QPD and QFD both anything they ask for in the guise of public safety. It is afterall Spring's #1 priority. Enough is enough. These guys waste money just like every other department at City Hall.
