In 48 hrs:- You lose 6 million dollars of taxpayer money on a ill advised hydro dam.- 90 jobs up and leave Quincy for Missouri.Think the Cartel needs to hire a PR firm for this disaster.

Hey, I have an idea. Maybe we CAN use that 6-mil for the train station to cover our hydro losses.After all, we the public got railroaded on the hydro deal, didn't we?
