It says someone who knew the system well , made one change to a government server . Now how many people know the City server well enough to "hack" it and not leave a trail for the FBI ?
Well I don't and I do not see a reason why anyone except the site admin should either. Don't spew on about they can hack that and get personal info. If the city can't better protect our public info then we need to revolt.
The reason you should care is not so much the alleged hack itself, but the fact that these elected officials and city employees play by a whole different set of rules than the average joe. Think about it.
