Just read the wgem story about it, Im not sure we can believe anything Jeff has to say about the whole situation. Noone is going to invest in that club knowing the way its previously been managed. Letting your liquor license expire, not paying state sales taxes? Not paying your workers(ive personally known a number who were not happy). He has no idea how to run a club, it is a unique venue for a nightclub, but its terribly mismanaged.
